How To Operate the Radio
This video walks through how the Circuit Board Version works once it’s assembled. You’ll see how to power it on, adjust volume, move between tracks or albums, and understand what the LED indicators mean.
This is an offline music player. It reads audio files directly from the microSD card. There are no menus, no screens, and no wireless setup. Just a single knob and button interface designed to feel immediate and simple.
Add & Remove Songs
This video shows exactly how to add, organize, and remove music from the microSD card used in the Circuit Board Version. Any time you want to change the music, this is the process. Remove the card, update your files, and reinsert it. That’s it.
You’ll learn how to structure folders, how albums are recognized, and what file types work best. The radio plays mono, low-fidelity audio to emulate an old AM broadcast, so you’ll also see recommended export settings for best results.
Support the Project?
This project exists because of hours of testing, failed prints, redesigns, and revisions. If you’ve found it useful and want to support future mounts, PCBs, and new designs, you can contribute here. Every spool helps! 🥰

This project is evolving. When I release new mounts, updated files, PCB revisions, hardware improvements, firmware changes, or entirely new designs, you’ll hear about it first. I’ll also share builder showcases and practical updates that make the radio easier and better to build. No noise. Just relevant information for people actually working on the project.
